Our 60+ engineers, IT experts, develop modern and complete software solutions, but our work also includes consulting and optimizing business processes, all aimed at improving operations and boosting client results.
The quality and flexibility of our solutions, as well as support during system operation, have allowed us to collaborate with over 100 companies across various industries and have given us the opportunity to expand our product portfolio through the implementation of complex information systems. Thanks to many years of experience and expertise, ASW Inženjering can offer its clients: delivery of our own products, aligning solutions with user requirements and needs, developing turnkey solutions based on client specifications, integration of complex systems, support and maintenance of information systems, as well as outsourcing services.
Our past years have been filled with success and permanent growth. Complex IT projects we completed have allowed us to constantly grow, both in terms of human resources and technological achievements. This made us the leading software company in Serbia.
ASW Inženjering d.o.o. was founded in 1990 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a company offering products and services in the field of information technologies.
Since May 1992, the company continued its operations in Belgrade, Serbia. Due to the growing number of satisfied clients, the company extended its operations beyond Serbia.
In January 1995, ASW started the joint company in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with a local partner.
Since February 1997, ASW established its branches in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today, their office sits in Banja Luka.
Besides informing the public of our products and services, our mission is raising general level of users’ IT awareness. We want them to know that IT solutions offer a profitable and professional way to reach their business goals. We also make sure to deliver efficient solutions in a timely manner. Such solutions guarantee a long-term and successful cooperation with business partners, both on domestic and foreign markets.

By getting certified to the ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard, ASW has set up an efficient and effective IT service management system (SMS). The goal of implementing this system is to successfully deliver and continuously maintain the defined level of service management towards the user.
Interesting fact: ASW Inženjering is the third IT company in Serbia to get certified to the ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard and establish an IT service management system.
Certification according to ISO 9001 quality management system enabled ASW Engineering to establish a system which achieves the best possible result at the end of the process. The system is being continuously maintained and updated in order to meet customers’ needs and expectations.

Thanks to this certificate, ASW Inženjering has been able to establish an efficient system of information security management. This includes certificates of the security management and information safety systems (ISMS).
Interesting fact: ASW Inženjering is one of the first IT companies in Serbia to be certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 and to establish the information security management system.
By being certified to the ISO 22301 standard, ASW Inženjering has set up an effective business continuity management system. This system provides a framework for the company to handle all aspects of continuity: it reduces the likelihood of threats, prepares for them, responds to them, and keeps business stable, both when threats actually occur and when there's a chance they might happen.

At the anniversary EY Entrepreneur 2021 awards ceremony held on 25.02.2022, the company ASW Inženjering was selected for the finals by a decision of the independent jury.
Belgrade’s Chamber of Commerce awarded the representatives of top 9 companies with “Belgrade Winner“ and recognition awards for outstanding business results, development and improvement of economy in Belgrade and Serbia in year 2015.
Ministry of Trade and Services, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and daily economic newspaper "Privredni pregled“ (“Economic Review“) awarded the first place to asw:dominus system in the category of "Brand Services". A total of 217 brands participated in the competition and over 100 companies had sent their applications.
The jury awarded the prize to ASW Inženjering at the IT fair INFOFEST in 2010.
European Initiative consisting of 18 members from Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe awarded ASW Inženjering at the awards ceremony held in Trieste.
