Job Description:
- Coordinates the work of teams and activities on various projects within the software product development process;
- Defines the strategy and goals (annual development activity plan) for the Sector and controls their implementation;
- Monitors the realization of the sector's monthly team plans for software product development; Plans and implements activities to ensure human resources for the teams based on plans and requests from team leaders; Aligns and approves plans for continuous improvement of skills and training of human resources within the Sector;
- Decides on the allocation of team leaders in their domain and negotiates annual terms in accordance with the labor regulations; Evaluates the performance of team leaders within their responsibility on a periodic basis and proposes rewards; Monitors, aligns, and approves payrolls for employees in the teams on a monthly basis; Monitors, aligns, and approves proposals for employee rewards by department on a periodic basis.
- Participates in the analysis of Project Documentation for Software Products by parts (modules) of the system; Participates and decides on the choice of technology for software product development; Participates in defining standards for software product development and monitors their application at the sector level;
- Initiates the development of new products and approves the development of new functionalities within existing software products; Participates in defining the integrity level between ASW software products; Participates in defining procedures for software product performance control and monitors their implementation; Participates in defining procedures for software product documentation and monitors their implementation;
- Participates in defining procedures for software product testing and monitors their implementation; Leads a group of specialists in the production and development of complex software products.
- Participates in marketing activities organized by ASW during the bidding phase; Analyzes the Contract or Customer's request; Participates in the design and implementation of IS projects.
Preferred experience, education, and business skills:
Conditions for the job:
- Minimum achieved level of education VI-VII in the field of technical-technological sciences – Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, FON.

- Senior-expert level knowledge and skills,
- Leadership and motivation of employees, Knowledge of English,
- At least 5 years of experience in similar or related jobs.
